Hotel is split into two sections, 3stars and 4stars, 3 star section does not have A/C in the rooms which is joke for the price you pay. So people watch what you book. No lift, room is tiny. Do not be deceived by photos as they are most likely from 4star section.

Hotel exceeded my expectations was spotless the staff was amazing.Love the charm of this hotel. Does not give you the routine hotel vibe at all.|Good spa and unique pool outside. |Food at the restaurant was amazing.|Highly recommend.

Good hotel! "+" +Nice atmosphere and location +Amazing sauna in isolated area of the park. +Good rooms (in residence) - cosy inside with mountain view +Helpful and polite staff +Special kudos for restaurant: (interesting, well dressed and tasty dishes made from local ingredients) +Mountain trail to Kalenica starts just from the palace +Fireplace near residence +Good breakfast (special thanks for juicer machine!) "-" -Not cheap -Maybe not the best sound isolation in a rooms (but it wasn't an issue at all and we slept well despite the hotel was full)

Great place for a calm and luxury stay. All amenities you'll need. Apartment was sparkling clean. Staff very kind and helpful. Residence has restaurant, Palace has Spa centre, both buildings just 100 meters apart. Lovely place for a majestic walk in a park, superb for couples or if you need to chill out and relax. Food in the restaurant was great, senseSpa has great and experienced staff. Hotel is copying very well with sanitary restrictions due to Covid and you can feel safe during your stay. Most recommended.

Me and my family were on a big driving trip with multiple stops.... and Im glad we stayed only for one night. Food simply not tasty. Lots of oil in gnocchi....etc. Open Spa area was lovely, definitely recommend trying that. Treatments are need to book way in advance.

Room was super small unlike photos in the internet. Try to book room in the main building The territory us amaising The swimming pool was awful because it was dirty. Sauna is nice and big and ceremony is good
